2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete a form on the Site, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Whether you are buying, selling or investing
• Property preferences such as type, location, budget, timeline and financing (buyers and investors)
• Property address, type, timeline and price expectations (sellers)
• Any notes or messages you write, and your consent to be contacted

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider’s servers automatically record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the visit. This is used to operate and secure the Site.

Cookies and tracking. The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or similar technologies. If that changes, we will update this policy.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and contact you by phone, text or email, as you agreed
• To match you with real estate opportunities, including off-market properties, that fit your criteria
• To prepare a property evaluation when you request one
• To keep records of our communications
• To operate, protect and improve the Site, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with legal obligations

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only as needed to serve you:

• Service providers that help us run the Site and our communications, such as our website host (Hostinger), our email provider (Google) and our customer relationship management (CRM) platform (HighLevel), under their own security and privacy obligations
• Parties to a transaction you choose to pursue, such as a seller, the seller’s agent, lenders, title or closing companies, inspectors and attorneys, and only with your knowledge
• Legal reasons: when required by law, court order or legal process, or to protect our rights, property or safety, or those of others
• Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business

Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

5. Text messages and calls

If you consent, we may contact you by phone call and text message. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email info@realviagroup.com. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

6. Third-party services on the Site

The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When your browser requests the fonts, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information, as described in Google’s privacy policy. Form submissions are sent by email using Google’s email service and stored in our CRM platform, HighLevel, so we can follow up with you.

7. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, and afterwards as required for legal, accounting or record-keeping purposes, including real estate recordkeeping requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.

8. How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections where available and restricted access to our email accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

• Opt out of calls, texts or emails at any time (reply STOP to texts, use the unsubscribe option in emails, or email info@realviagroup.com)
• Access, correct or delete the personal information you gave us by emailing info@realviagroup.com. We will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any information we must keep by law

10. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Visitors outside the United States

The Site is operated in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
