The Site provides general information about Florida real estate and allows you to request access to off-market and pre-market opportunities, request a property evaluation, or contact us. Submitting a form does not create an agency, brokerage or client relationship. Any such relationship is established only through a separate written agreement signed by you and Realvia.

3. Property information and sample deals

Properties, prices, features and photographs shown on the Site are for illustration and general information only. Some are sample opportunities that represent the type of properties we work with and may not be currently available. Availability, prices, terms and details change frequently, are subject to prior sale, withdrawal or modification without notice, and are not guaranteed.

Square footage, room counts, lot sizes and other details are approximate and should be independently verified. Full details and addresses for off-market opportunities are shared privately and at our discretion, and may be subject to confidentiality requirements set by the property owner.

4. No professional advice

Content on the Site is general in nature and is not legal, tax, financial, investment, insurance or engineering advice. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of value, appreciation, rental income or return on investment. Before buying, selling or investing, consult qualified professionals and conduct your own due diligence, including inspections, surveys, title review, and review of insurance, flood-zone, association and zoning requirements.

5. Your submissions

When you submit a form, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to submit only information you are entitled to share. You may not submit information about another person without their permission, or use the Site to send unlawful, misleading or abusive content.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message, asking us during a call, or emailing info@realviagroup.com.
